Self Serve

As it’s name suggests Self Serve is designed to allow a client to enquire on, report or track events through the company website.

Enquires can be made through Electronic Forms which are created using the same Forms Design tool as for CRM and DMS. These EForms are automatically routed to the back office DMS system for action. Where events can be more easily recorded by referencing on a map our Mapping Module can be incorporated.

Progress on previous calls can be viewed and authenticated users can view all correspondence with the company including by post, email, web or telephone contact.

Self Serve for Agencies can be used to allow outside agencies or contractors access to undertake tasks on behalf of the company.

Self Serve can also be extended to provide access for home based or outbound staff.
