Workflow is a fundamental part of our CRM and Document Management systems and can be set up to reflect particular business processes.

Information can be captured through a series of interrelated EForms to lead the user through the capture process and ensure all relevant information is obtained. Subsequent EForms are presented dependent on information captured on previous EForms. EForms can also be used to enquire on or retrieve information from selected back office systems to assist the user in adherence to company procedures.

EForms and other documents are automatically routed from our CRM and Web based Self Serve products to the back office Document Management system (DMS) for processing.

Within DMS documents can be automatically routed to worktype, team or individual Intrays dependent on a set of rules and redirected as each element of the process is completed.

Workflow can be used to ensure compliance with an organisation's key business procedures.
